The Vulture Capitalist Coup
Dorsey has been ousted by a corporate raid, which will destroy what remains of Twitter's free speech
Today, it was announced that Jack Dorsey was ousted. Many who understandably resent Twitter’s censorship celebrated this decision. They are mistaken.
Dorsey was ousted by a vulture capitalist coup, and censorship is about to get a lot worse.
Singer’s “Elliott Management” is a vulture capital firm that takes over corporate boards, squeezes “shareholder value” out of them, milks them dry, until they become rotting husks.
Tucker Carlson once did a segment criticizing Singer, a major GOP donor, for buying out American companies, & shipping jobs overseas:
Elliott Management is notorious for firing workers to improve shareholder profits.
Interestingly, while American executives show little resistance to Singer’s plans to ravage their workforces, Japanese executives resist Singer’s attempts to buy out their companies, citing his desire to fire their employees. It seems that the Japanese employer-employee feudal bond prevents the hostile takeovers that have gutted the US.
Why does this matter? Many see Twitter censorship & think that BigTech executives like Jack Dorsey want to censor their accounts. In reality, Dorsey is a bitcoin-loving libertarian responding to pressure by both vulture capitalists & security state (establishment forces) to censor contrary narratives. Given his libertarian predilections, & the fact that he founded Square, another unicorn company, Dorsey is independent & idealistic — two qualities that vulture capitalists hate the most.
Twitter’s original mission, created by Dorsey, was to empower normal people with free speech. While censorship has ramped up in recent years, Twitter’s emphasis on pseudonymous communication has made Twitter one of the only bearable platforms for those who care about free thought.
To illustrate these points, we can examine a 2016 article, where NPR interviews Charlie Warzel, a journalist who wants you to stop critical thinking.
In this 2016 NPR interview, Warzel describes Twitter’s founding free speech mission as “utopian”, and its anonymity as making it hard to stop “harassment”:
Perhaps most scary to the ruling class, Twitter empowers people to post without doxxing themselves, making mafia-like retribution impossible.
In line with this attack of anonymity, Twitter’s Head of Security, Yoel Roth, who collaborates with the intelligence community, has said Twitter will crack down on anonymous accounts — who he compares to dangerous foreign actors
As was announced today, censorious vulture capitalists have gotten their wish, and have brought in “Parag Agrawal”, a pliant woke puppet who parrots trendy anti-white elite ideology.
Based on Mr. Agrawal’s use of a racist strawman to justify attacking white people, we can safely conclude that he has drunk the woke Kool Aid, and has no loyalty to Twitter’s original free speech mission. Unlike Dorsey, a founder of two huge unicorn companies, Agrawal is extremely replaceable, and will do whatever the capital holders say.
Indeed, Mr. Agrawal has gone on the record saying that Twitter should “focus less on free speech”:
Importing foreigners to replace idealistic WASP founders with puppets, undermine free speech, & enrich elite shareholders. Where have we seen this before?
Dorsey is not as bad as you thought, and free speech is about to get a lot worse with vulture capitalists in control.
One could argue that this takeover is part of a larger process, where vulture capitalists seize every power center. All ruling class behavior, including the Great Reset, can be seen as one giant “corporate raid”.
